We're hiring a Account Manager to be the link between our clients and the teams that deliver for them.

The company partners with top Indonesian corporations, multinational brands, and financial institutions to transform sports events into impactful brand platforms. Services span end-to-end event delivery, including concept development, race operations, sponsorship activation, participant experience, and community integration. Mesa Race’s portfolio covers mass participation runs, corporate wellness events, and cycling events designed to be memorable for participants and valuable for brands. The team is driven by the belief that life is a sport and aims to reflect that energy in every event.
This is a full-time role on our Jakarta team, owning the client relationship from brief to post-event wrap, and keeping our internal teams aligned to what the client actually needs.
What you'll own
- Day-to-day client relationships — the trusted point of contact, not just the inbox
- Translating client briefs into clear direction for project, creative, and operations teams
- Keeping clients informed: timelines, approvals, status, and the occasional hard conversation
- Coordinating internally so nothing falls between client and delivery
- Spotting where we can do more for an account, and growing it
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in account management, client servicing, or agency-side client roles
- Calm, clear communicator who clients trust and teams can rely on
- Organized enough to track many moving parts across multiple accounts at once
- Reads the room — knows when to reassure, when to push back, when to escalate
- Comfortable with modern collaboration tools (Notion, ClickUp, or similar) to keep clients and teams on one page
- Based in Jakarta and available on-site
