Role Overview

CraveFX is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of operational activities spanning IT support, procurement, facilities, and vendor management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive operational efficiency and ensure an organised, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, process improvement, and workstation setup.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues to minimise operational downtime.
  • Oversee operational expenses, track spending against budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Consolidate invoices for the finance team monthly.
  • Manage procurement of software, hardware, and subscriptions, including software license management and renewals, ensuring value for money and timely fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate the responsible disposal of obsolete or unwanted equipment.
  • Ensure a safe and functional work environment through office maintenance, renovations, and network management.
  • Address and troubleshoot electrical issues for business continuity during outages.
  • Maintain vendor relationships for favourable pricing and services.
  • Oversee special projects related to operations, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Provide cross-functional support to the HR Manager in areas aligned with your skill set, which may include database management, recruitment coordination, HR analytics, and performance metrics tracking.
  • Support Directors and Department Leads in other areas where necessary.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Operations Management or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an operations, admin, or generalist role.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too!
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in IT troubleshooting (hardware, software, and network).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with procurement, vendor management, or budget tracking is an advantage.
