Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant and Administrative Assistant. This role will be responsible for managing both financial and administrative tasks to support our operations effectively.

Responsibilities will primarily be split as follows: 60% Accounts Payable, 20% Accounts Receivable, and 20% General Ledger and Administrative Projects.

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field or comparable experience.

Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
