Solihull (Office-based)

Hours:

2–3 days per week (flexible days)

Salary: £13.00

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis to join a friendly and

supportive team

in Solihull. This is an office-based role, running across 2-3 days per week with

flexibility

of these days 9am-4pm. This is initially a temporary position with the possibility of it going permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Entering purchase and sales invoices accurately into the accounting system

Chasing outstanding customer payments and maintaining strong client relationships

Managing the sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring records are up to date

Assisting with stock sheet updates and reconciliation

Supporting general finance administration tasks as required Requirements:

Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role

Strong

attention to detail

and good organisational skills

Confident using Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel
