Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in marketing or related fields
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Experience creating social media content
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Local SEO knowledge (preferred, not required)
Content writing experience (preferred, not required)
Previous experience as an in-house marketing assistant (agency experience valued)
Active personal social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Demonstrated networking/event abilities

Key Responsibilities
Manage and create content for company social media accounts
Assist with local SEO optimization efforts
Support customer retention campaigns including text/email marketing
Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects and initiatives
Maintain organized records of marketing activities and results

$5 – $6 per hour
