Primary Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records in Quick Books and AR Collect or comparable program

Complete accounts receivable activities, including participation in collections activities

Communicate with and build positive working relationships with customers

Create financial reports

Ensure and maintain compliant employment files and records accuracy

Complete onboarding process with employees

Manage franchise annual National Accounts program compliance

Provide HR administrative support

Complete and document HR compliance

Assist in monitoring, editing, and reviewing hiring platforms

Assist with interview preparation process

Assist with facilitation of employee evaluation process

Perform technology setup, protection, and tracking of cell phones, iPads, etc.

Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence

Assist other departments, as needed

Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

2+ years of administrative or office-related experience

2+ years of Quick Books experience

Experience with Accounts Receivable and collections a plus

Experience in service industry environment a plus

Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Very self-motivated and goal-oriented

Ability to multi-task

Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)

Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate, collections software, and proprietary software

Minimum of HSD/GED

Associate degree in accounting preferred or strong professional background of 2-3 years bookkeeping experience

Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Hours

40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required

Vary between 8am and 5pm

Pay Rate

Competitive pay based on experience
