About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Administrative professional to support the P3 I-78 Lenhartsville Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative aspects of the project, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication among project stakeholders. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, estimators, and supervisors to facilitate documentation, record-keeping, and compliance activities. The Construction Admin will play a vital part in maintaining project efficiency, tracking project documentation, and supporting the overall success of the project from initiation to completion.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess a combination of relevant education and experience, with a focus on administrative support within construction or industrial environments. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in computer software, particularly Excel and other productivity tools, and have experience in document management, invoice review, and project correspondence. Prior experience working in heavy industrial, mining, or construction settings is advantageous. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and file material tickets to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Gather and submit material certifications to verify compliance with project specifications.
- Review daily reports and prepare documentation for submission to the project owner.
- Review incident reports, collect missing data, and ensure timely submission to the owner.
- Maintain and organize all project records, including correspondence, reports, and certifications.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project submittals and invoices.
- Support the tracking of certified payroll submissions, notifying relevant parties of any delinquency.
- Prepare and distribute miscellaneous project correspondence as needed.
- Assist with On-The-Job Trainee documentation and ensure compliance with training requirements.
