About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple functions. You will support daily operations across finance, HR, and government-related processes, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle accounting tasks (invoicing, expense tracking, bookkeeping support)
  • Manage administrative duties and office coordination
  • Support recruiting and hiring for open roles (posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Handle PRO-related tasks (government paperwork, documentation, coordination)
  • Maintain records, reports, and internal trackers
  • Ensure timely communication and task completion

Requirements

  • Based in Cairo and able to work on-site
  • Previous experience in accounting, admin, HR, or PRO roles
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
