We’re Hiring | Media & Communications Officer (Admin & PRO Support).

📍 Al Ain, UAE | 🇦🇪 UAE Nationals

We are looking for a dynamic candidate to support Media & Communications, Administration, and PRO functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal/external communications, branding, and social media.
  • Support admin operations (documents, vendors, employee services).
  • Handle visa processes, government coordination, and compliance.
  • Assist in events, reports, and communication materials.

Requirements:

  • UAE National
  • Based in Al Ain
  • Bachelor’s in Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience (fresh graduates with strong capability may be considered)
  • Strong Arabic & English communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; design tools (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of UAE government processes (visa, licensing) is an advantage
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
