We’re Hiring | Media & Communications Officer (Admin & PRO Support).
📍 Al Ain, UAE | 🇦🇪 UAE Nationals
We are looking for a dynamic candidate to support Media & Communications, Administration, and PRO functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal/external communications, branding, and social media.
- Support admin operations (documents, vendors, employee services).
- Handle visa processes, government coordination, and compliance.
- Assist in events, reports, and communication materials.
Requirements:
- UAE National
- Based in Al Ain
- Bachelor’s in Communication, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience (fresh graduates with strong capability may be considered)
- Strong Arabic & English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; design tools (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Knowledge of UAE government processes (visa, licensing) is an advantage
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
