Job Description

Providing support to project teams by following up with Operations and other related departments

Performs routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures

Schedules daily work flow and ensure coordination of completed projects

General administrative support to the site Project Team

Prepare and process paperwork necessary for purchase orders, invoice payment, expense reports, etc.

Routine, but extensive contact with employees, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and service personnel

Update manpower movement constantly

Responsible for onsite training arrangement

Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and productive manner in line with company and client procedures at all times

Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma in any field or Relevant working experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry

A self-start with initiatives and drive to get things done

Organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required
