Pay range:$21-29/hour
Position Summary:
The responsibilities of this position are to support the Document Control and Quality Assurance Departments by performing duties required to maintain established document control programs including completing tasks within the Document Management System, carrying out departmental requests and managing documents in the Document Management System. Perform document review as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management System (DMS) Administrator.
Assign document numbers to SOP, WI, Variances and Quality Alerts among others.
Upload documents.
Process documents and labels.
Route documents for review and approval.
File and organize documents.
Training Coordinator
Work with department managers to define and maintain training requirements.
Provide training assignments to employees.
Track and report on training completion.
ECO Coordinator
Provide ECO numbers.
Review and route ECOs for approval.
Track ECO approval.
Generate action list after ECO approval.
Support Immunoassay Product Realization Process
Organize document packets within the Document Management System.
Route packets for approval at each defined phase check.
Assist with administrative tasks for the audits by completing the following:
Retrieving documents, scribing and general support.
Collaborate across functions.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
