Job Responsibility
Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, preparing and printing documents, and arranging for couriers.
Assisting in managing office inventories and monitoring supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements as needed.
Supporting other team members on ad-hoc tasks and projects when required.
Job Requirements
SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
A good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, spoken and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
A sense of responsibility, high ethical standards, and a positive working attitude.
