Description:
Manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and maintain filing systems
Prepare and process documentation for properties, projects, and department activities
Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and materials
Support department managers with reports, presentations, and data organization
Handle routine inquiries from internal teams and external partners
Maintain office supply inventory
Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Office Administration, Psychology or any related course
1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate (residential)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt in any working environment
