ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Admin Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless customer communications and efficient order management. You will handle customer calls and messages, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and clarity. Achieving customer satisfaction will be at the heart of your daily workflow, which involves checking messages regularly and following up on orders as needed. Working during the day shift, you'll engage remotely with teams to provide operational support, primarily focused on calling, data entry, and occasional order creation.
Your tasks will include monitoring customer feedback and reporting issues directly to respective departments, enhancing the customer experience through strategic feedback processes. You'll also learn and apply Mail Chimp for email marketing tasks and be encouraged to explore and implement sales strategies using Flex Catering.
You’re Likely a Strong Fit If You Have
- Proficiency in email and office software.
- Familiarity with MailChimp or similar email marketing tools.
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly (e.g., Flex Catering, Xact MCS Dropbox, Xero).
