E-Logic is seeking a skilled Front Desk Clerk to provide administrative and customer service support for the Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) at Ellsworth AFB. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be comfortable working with data systems, and demonstrate a strong ability to support customers in a professional and welcoming environment. This role includes daily interaction with military members, retirees, dependents, and government staff.

Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, answer phone calls, direct clients to appropriate program managers, and provide routine information regarding M&FRC programs
Operate data entry devices to input lists, records, and data into electronic formats
Utilize web-based applications, MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office Suite products proficiently
Input data into AFFIRST and other government systems, supporting scheduling and tracking for programs such as:
Pre-Separation
TAP GPS
ETAP
VA Benefits Briefings I & II
Education, Technical & Skills Tracks
Boots to Business
Capstone Events
Schedule participants for seminars and maintain program brochures and marketing handouts
Assist clients with use of lobby computers, printers, and fax machines, ensuring operational integrity and safeguarding confidentiality
Maintain a professional and organized front desk area; report maintenance or equipment issues to management
Maintain accurate records and referral data within AFFIRST and DIMS databases
Connect clients to appropriate staff based on identified needs and promote awareness of available M&FRC services
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative support roles, preferably in customer service or office environments
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems
Familiarity with web-based applications and scheduling systems
Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
U.S. Citizenship required for access to Ellsworth AFB
