Position: Admin Assistant (Housekeeping) (5.5days/ East)
** Job Description s**:
– Raise purchase work order
– Organize and schedule weekly and monthly department meetings
– Provide general support on all incoming phone calls or visits from vendors, members, and staff.
– Liaise and update members on the status of all lost and found items.
– Carry out other administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
– Carry out any other duties as may be assigned to from time to time.

Job Requirements:
** _Qualifications _*
* – Completed Secondary
Education
/ GCE ’O’ level / SPM.
** _Experience _*
* – PC literate with knowledge in MS Office
– Minimum of 2 years working experience in administrative duties
** _Skills & Knowledge _*
* – Good
communication
and interpersonal skills
– Independent and able to work under pressure.
– Effectively bilingual in English / Mandarin / Malay
