The Onboarding Secretary is responsible for facilitating the smooth and efficient integration of new hires into the company. Key duties include organizing orientation sessions, preparing onboarding materials, ensuring completion of necessary paperwork, coordinating with HR and department heads, and serving as a point of contact for new employees. Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills are essential to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Prior experience working in HR department in business atmosphere.
Polite and efficient correspondence with other employees and new hires.
Knowledge of onboarding procedures , routines , paperwork and forms.
Organizing and processing all paper work quickly and efficiently .

Would be working remotely part-time and receiving competitive contractor salery.
