JOB SUMMARY

  • Support the Sub-Unit day-to-day operation.
  • Assist in engagement programmers and activities.
  • PIC Engagement Unit for selected region.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordination and support Headquarters and regions on programme and activities.
  • To assist PKS team during JKGBAB & ERP activation and support region on mobilize the PKS during ERP.
  • To assist and participate on any program or activities organized by engagement region.
  • Monthly reporting to Sub-Unit Head on programme and activities.
  • To propose a proposal paper with minimum1 programme, meeting and discussion. (HQ & Region)
  • To assist engage the relationship with Stakeholder and Engagement region throughout the monthly visit.
  • Assist to update stakeholder contact details by quarterly basis and other relevant data.
  • Sharing session and discussion on any upcoming updates with engagement.
  • Build rapport &meaningful relationship with ADUN, PBT, NGO, Commercial & Govt Agencies.
  • Coordinate with CX Region on the implementation of programmes with stakeholder.
  • Assist Associate to communicate company initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Organize targeted community programmes & engagement activities with stakeholder groups.
  • Other duties as needed or required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma in any field

Experience

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in office administration
  • Good command in spoken and written English and BM.
  • Well versed in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power point etc.)
