Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will primarily be responsible for answering phones, assisting walk-in customers, and providing coverage for personnel during PTO. This role requires a high level of organization, strong customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to different office tasks as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and service needs.
Provide coverage for personnel during PTO by handling administrative tasks as needed.
Perform data entry, maintain records, and manage office correspondence.
Support other departments as necessary with administrative duties.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in an administrative support role preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
