Job Requirements
Singaporean with Higher Nitec and 2- 3years administrative working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good communication skills in English & Chinese as need to communicate with respective language speaking co-workers /team members.
Positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow with the company
Job Responsibilities
Provide general administrative office support
Responsible for work pass related matters; applications, renewals, cancellations etc
Reimbursement of all claims from Government online portal
Handle/check staff attendance
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs and housekeeping
Control of fuel cards/cash Card
Handle and follow up of insurance claim/renewals
Maintain proper insurance records and renewal for office, workmen, medical and vehicle insurance policy
Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors
