This represents an opportunity with a well established boutique accounting firm based in the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane. This firm has been in operation for many years and are well known in the industry.
The firm has a small knit and friendly working environment.
POSITION
Role
Due to strong growth, the position of Admin Assistant has been created. This role will involve all facets of public practice administration including and not limited to:
Lodging tax returns and BAS
Client relationship management
Corporate secretarial duties
Collations and client correspondence
Reception duties
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
2+ years experience within Australian Public Practice administration
Experience with all facets of public practice administration
Experience with Xero, MYOB and NowInfinity would be advantageous
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to be a team player
