Admin Assistant Job in Alberta Beach, AB at Northwest Fire Rescue & Training –
We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Admin Assistant who has a basic working knowledge of Sage 50. If you are seeking a part-time job that allows you some flexibility that suits your lifestyle then we are looking for you.
Must be within 50 KMS of Alberta Beach
Soft Skill Qualifications:
Have a working knowledge of office administration
Communicate concisely and accurately and be willing to ask questions if unclear of tasks assigned
Flexible with the workload and a good listener including follow through
Ability and willingness to take on and learn new app program suites including online programs
Be able to divert between tasks needing completion at any given time
Be able to pick up and flow with the workload if there is a coupe day gap between days that you are in
Be able to work well with others
Hard Skill Qualifications:
Proficient in written and spoken English Language.
Computer literate with online as well as offline components.
Proficient with Microsoft suites including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and PP.
Proficient with ADOBE and other computer apps.
Some data entry might be required for Sage 50.
9 am – 5 pm days and roughly 10 am – 4 pm weekends
To be determined upon availability
Will be from 16-20 per week minimum
2 days one week and 3 the next week’s rotation
Would include every second-weekend flex shift
Hourly wage $22.00
