JOB SUMMARY

Primary duties include record keeping, document preparation, presentation development, meeting coordination, and special projects. Provide customer service to internal and external customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

One year experience providing administrative support.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Requires strong organizational skills, continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing material as well as the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.

Requires advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills are critical.

Must maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support for project manager / manager / director.

Attending meeting to record minutes and notes.

Schedule and track travel of management.

Assist in processing of department billings, weekly time cards and invoice tracking.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
