Clinical office in West Covina is in need of an administrative assistant on a part-time/full-time basis.

Duties involve: data entry and management, scheduling, customer service, follow up with funding sources, intake process of new clients, filing, clerical activities, reports, etc. Medical billing experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate must be bilingual (Spanish/English), reliable, fast-paced, possess great organizational skills, outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and possess the ability to multi-task effectively. Candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Requirements:
Excellent phone and writing skills

H.S. Diploma or some college

1 year of related experience

35+ words per minute

Bilingual is a must (Spanish/English)

Knowledge of MS Office – intermediate to advance level

Hourly Salary: $22-$26
