Seeking qualified and highly skilled candidates for administrative assistant opening:
Special Education – 261 day contract – 12 month calendar.
The position is responsible for clerical support for Director, Building Principal and staff. Previous clerical experience in an special education setting preferred. Candidates must be able to work well with a variety of students, parents, staff, and administrators.
Applicants must be well-organized, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be proficient in Word and Excel and Google suites. Qualified candidates must be able to manage time efficiently and manage budget-coding and bill paying. Candidates should have experience utilizing basic office equipment and be able to organize the distribution of supplies/materials. Must be able to multi-task and maintain a high level of confidentiality and maintain a positive attritude with all of our stakeholders.
