The responsibilities associated with the position include:
Executive calendar management
- Effective management of Executive's calendar, Managing executive meetings and travel to support achievement of Executive needs (plant visits, board trip)
Schedule and events management
- Plan, schedule and organize multiple activities.
Meeting management
- Send calendar invites, meeting room reservation, minutes of meetings, dissemination of agenda and action items.
Office Administration
- Handle general correspondences, courier services
- Report preparation, consolidation
- Develop and maintain data and files storage/retrieval systems and procedures.
Travel Management
- Makes travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
Financial Administration
- Prepare Request For Payment, Expense Report
- Process petty cash requests and maintain adequate petty cash fund
- Procurement and management of office supplies inventory
- Budget preparation
Fleet Management
- Maintains accurate vehicle records, fuel consumption, and fuel costs, including driver management and route planning.
- Facilities vehicle registration, repairs and preventive maintenance.
Position Requirements:

- Proficient in Calendar management
- Strong coordination skills
💼 Experience:
- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in the same field
🎓 Education:
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course
