Life Safety Enterprises Inc. , a growing regulatory compliance company located in Willoughby, Ohio is seeking a full-time employee for the position of Data Entry Administrative Office Support . This position will assist in the on-going processing of inspection routes which includes data entry and compliance report generation as the primary job task. Candidate will also assist in office support services, such as answering phones, filing, compiling employee/customer information as well as various additional administrative functions.
Candidate must have excellent typing skills. Great communication skills and a strong attention to details are required. Minimum education level includes a high school degree with a minimum of three years of business experience.
Responsibilities
Input and update data accurately into databases and systems.
Perform data entry tasks with a focus on speed and precision, ensuring high-quality output.
Conduct transcription and data collection activities as needed.
Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, including the use of pivot tables.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to streamline processes.
