Job Duties / 工作职责
Administrative Support / 行政支持
- Manage day-to-day office operations and provide general administrative assistance. 管理日常办公室运作并提供一般行政支持。
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems. 维护准确的记录、数据库和档案系统。
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. 根据需要准备报告和函件。
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and bookings with service provider. 协调会议、日程安排及与保险公司的会议安排协调。
- Handle incoming communications (emails, calls, inquiries) and route them appropriately. 处理来电、邮件、wechat和咨询,并妥善转交。
Policy Renewal & Compliance / 政策续签与合规
- Oversee policy renewal processes, ensuring timely updates and submissions. 监督政策续签流程,确保及时更新和提交。
- Review existing policies and contracts for accuracy and compliance. 审查现有政策和合同,确保准确性和合规性。
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth renewals. 与客户、保险公司及内部团队沟通,确保续签顺利进行。
- Track renewal dates, deadlines, and ensure proactive follow-ups. 跟踪续签日期和截止时间,并进行主动跟进。
- Prepare renewal documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. 准备续签文件,确保符合公司标准和监管要求。
Client & Stakeholder Engagement / 客户与利益相关方沟通
- Act as a point of contact for TRs and admins regarding policy-related queries. 作为 TRs 和行政员的联络人。
- Proficiency in Chinese typing and PTH, daily conversation English. 熟练中文输入及普通话,具备日常英语会话能力。
