Job Responsibility

Coordinate with customers and vendors

Required skill(s): able to interact and communicate well with colleagues, work independently and organize complex clerical task.

Must be computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office; knowledge in Autocount will be an added advantage;

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;

Accurate and precise attention to detail;

Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks

Housekeeping Admin Department’s documents and maintaining a systematic filing system.

Job Requirements

Personal Attributes/Credentials:

Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable;

Excellent organisational skills;

A people person with a warm and friendly nature, unflappable under pressure;

Good team player within a multifunctional team

Preferred Mandarin speaking candidates due to job role require to deal with clients.

Priority will be given to those able to start immediately.

Working days : MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 830AM TO 530PM, SATURDAY 830AM TO 1:30PM
