What you will do as an A

dmin Facilities – Handyman

Administrative Support

Assist the Admin Team in day-to-day operations

Manage and maintain facility-related documents, files, and records

Prepare reports on facility conditions and maintenance activities

Facilities Maintenance:

Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs for plumbing,

electrical systems, HVAC, and structural components

Perform basic repairs, such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, repairing doors,

or patching walls

Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance or repairs

Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of office equipment and furniture

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff to ensure minimal disruption to

operations

Health and Safety

Support the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures

Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding facility management

Event Coordination:

Assist in company events, meetings, and conferences

Manage logistics, including setup, catering, and equipment needs

Inventory Management:

Maintain an inventory of office supplies and facility-related equipment

Request supplies as needed

Track and report on facility-related expenditures

General Support:

Provide support for office moves and reconfigurations

Assist in the development and implementation of facility-related projects

Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Admin Supervisor or

Admin Director

What ClearSource Needs from You?

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus

Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a similar handyman role

Proficiency in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, and general maintenance

Knowledge of building systems and safety regulations

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently

Good communication skills to liaise with employees, vendors, and management

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

Comfortable working in various environments, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor setting
