About the role

AVM Group is currently seeking an Admin & Finance Officer to join our team in Bellevue on a casual (fulltime hours) short term maternity leave cover contract.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced admin professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong finance and office coordination skills.

Key duties include:

  • Admin support and front-of-house
  • Payroll in Xero
  • Bookkeeping and invoicing
  • Scheduling and office coordination
  • Parts pick-ups/drop-offs (driver’s licence required)

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous admin experience
  • Strong Xero skills
  • Great communication and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office
