About the role
AVM Group is currently seeking an Admin & Finance Officer to join our team in Bellevue on a casual (fulltime hours) short term maternity leave cover contract.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced admin professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong finance and office coordination skills.
Key duties include:
- Admin support and front-of-house
- Payroll in Xero
- Bookkeeping and invoicing
- Scheduling and office coordination
- Parts pick-ups/drop-offs (driver’s licence required)
What we’re looking for:
- Previous admin experience
- Strong Xero skills
- Great communication and attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
