RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Management
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring an organized and efficient working environment.
- Maintain and update office records, supplies, and inventories.
- Coordinate office-related services, including maintenance and vendor management.
Event Coordination
- Plan and organize company events such as team-building activities, corporate meetings, and celebrations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
- Prepare event budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely purchasing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
Policy Implementation
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all administrative processes.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to support cross-functional projects.
- Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, if applicable.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles, including event planning and procurement.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with procurement software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
