RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Management

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring an organized and efficient working environment.
  • Maintain and update office records, supplies, and inventories.
  • Coordinate office-related services, including maintenance and vendor management.

Event Coordination

  • Plan and organize company events such as team-building activities, corporate meetings, and celebrations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Prepare event budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely purchasing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.

Policy Implementation

  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all administrative processes.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to support cross-functional projects.
  • Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, if applicable.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles, including event planning and procurement.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with procurement software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
