Job Description: Admin Manager
Managing printing and stationery requirements for entire Svakarma
Managing travel & accommodation arrangements for employees during travel
Managing Housekeeping team all registers such as inward & Outward courier, etc.
Handle the admin part of onboarding
Maintain fixed asset register for office assets
Vendor management & AMC renewal periodically
Vendor invoice processing & petty cash Management
Managing Branch set up and upkeep
Managing the Insurance for employees
Managing all the events for Svakarma
Assist the Head HR & Admin in any new project/event/etc
Ensuring the travel policy is adhered.
Travel arrangements (Tickets/Vehicles) Domestic. Official travels-office picnics or any other
events.
Manage Hotel bookings
Any other activities that are assigned by the management.
