The Administrative assistant will handle day-to-day office tasks, contribute to the smooth execution of projects, and assist with administrative operations to enhance organizational productivity.
- Position Title: Administrative Assistant (Korean/English Speaker)
- Location: Seoul, Korea

- Reports To: Head of Korea
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Korea and the office staffs, including tasks such as filing, documentation, maintaining databases, and coordinating both internal and external meetings.
- Manage and process expense claims promptly and regularly.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for staff or executives, and schedule meetings while managing their calendars as requested.
- Organize and coordinate events and activities for the office staffs.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, postal mails and packages.
- Perform any other administrative duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company or the team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, especially regarding confidentiality, data protection, and administrative practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Over 3 years' experience providing secretarial or administrative support to senior executives and professionals, preferably in the real estate or a related industry.
- Fluency in both English (Business Level) and Korean (native level) is required.
- Attention to detail, Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative, problem-solving and prioritize daily tasks
- Ability to work independently or as a team.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
