Adecco is currently looking for Part-Time Admin-Operations Assistant to join our client’s team. We are looking for a highly organized and adaptable individual in a versatile role that spans compliance management, internal communication, and office support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage various tasks efficiently.
Pay Rate: $28-32/hr
Location: On-site in Mississauga
Shift: 3 days a week (20-24 hours/week)
Job type: Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
COR support
Update COR documentation for all Provinces
Update and manage the pre qual systems (Avetta, ISN, Cognibox, Contractor Check)
Admin Support
Third party compliance websites updating – requesting Provincial clearance certificates)
Annually upload COI certificates for each of our National Accounts / assist Branch Coordinators
Checking Merx, Biddingo and other websites for tenders, business opportunities – relay to the GM or salesperson responsible/ follow up.
Internal Communication Support
Join the weekly editorial meetings for the Landing/Guide.
Start utilizing company’s social channels to promote agreed content.
Office Support – New Office Move & Engagement
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive office environment.
Managing between stakeholder engagement, updating compliance systems, and event planning.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with compliance management systems and third-party vendor portals.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and stakeholders.
Experience in event planning and internal communication support is a plus.
