About the role:
The role of an Admin Sales within a payment gateway company is crucial for supporting the sales
team and ensuring smooth operational processes. While they may not be directly involved in
closing deals, their administrative and organizational skills are vital for the sales team’s efficiency
and overall success.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities):
Provides essential support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to overall sales success.
Responsible for a range of tasks, beginning with direct assistance to the sales staff by preparing necessary sales materials such as presentations, proposals, contracts, and pricing documents, as well as managing and organizing all sales-related documentation, both in physical and digital formats.
Diligently maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate and current sales data, encompassing leads, opportunities, and all client interactions.
Generating sales reports and dashboards derived from the CRM, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and assisting the sales team in effectively utilizing the CRM to monitor their progress and achieve targets.
Preparation of documentation for merchant accounts and payment processing setups, addressing basic client inquiries about payment gateway features, and providing support to the sales team in navigating the company’s payment gateway platform.
What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields, welcome for Fresh Graduates who are eager to learn new things, experience in the related industry (Payment Gateway/ Banking, FinTech or similar.) would be a plus point.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential for creating documents, managing data, and communicating effectively.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is often required to manage customer information and track sales activities.
Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing and filing both physical and digital documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for interacting with the sales team, other departments, and clients.
