Role Description
− Office facilities management. Coordinating with building facilities management personnel on office maintenance matters.
− Inventory update of available supplies and materials; create requests of needed supplies (stationery, uniform, presents for employees…).
− Administrative service vendors management.
− Administrative transportation arrangement and management (cars, taxi services, etc.).
− Office expenses management and payment procedures execution.
− Travel support: airline tickets, hotel booking, transportation arrangements, etc.
− Application for visas, work permits, and temporary residence for foreign laborers.
− Foreign experts' support in admin services (house rent, visa/ work permit, TRC, communication, etc.).
− Translation and interpretation of meetings, documents.
− Supporting the company's events organization (teambuilding, YEP, birthday party…).
− Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the GM/ HRD.
Qualifications
− Bachelor's degree or higher.
− 2 years of experience in a similar position.
− Good at English or Chinese in working.
− Good communication skills are compulsory.
− Time management and prioritization skills.
− Proficient with MS Office.
− Good ability to work independently and proactively.
