Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to real estate agents, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks will be key in helping our team succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Maintain organized files and records for properties, clients, and transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone and email.
Utilize computer software such as QuickBooks and Google Suite for data entry, document preparation, and communication.
Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
Handle correspondence with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
Support the team with marketing efforts, including social media management and promotional materials.
Perform general office duties such as filing, typing, and maintaining office equipment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or as a personal assistant is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite applications.
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
Experience with phone systems and managing communications efficiently.
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
