Admin Support Jobs in Tualatin – Oregon – USA at Begin Right Employment Services

This is for a 6-12 week assignment possibly longer

Basic

Duties

include the following:

Need to have computer skills, ability to print jobs, create job packets and also work with supervisors to find jobs on the floor.

Production Planner/Expeditor:

Print Jobs and build packets in support of the Planners and Master Scheduler, deliver to Operations throughout the day.

Track assigned priority jobs on the Operations floor, gain status on location of Operations jobs and completion dates.

Follow a shipping schedule, ensure that those priority jobs given, are on schedule to ship daily and give status to Planning.

Kit materials jobs in the warehouse, deliver to next operation based on traveler.

Interface with Operations Team and Supervisors daily on Production Schedule status

These team members will need to have safety shoes based on need to walk the production floor. We will provide all other PPE needed.

Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
