ABOUT THE ROLE

Providing administrative support to management, employees and in some cases, clients and visitors. Handling office ad-hoc duties such as answering phones, organising files, drafting letters and scheduling meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and distribute reports and other documents for State Manager and leadership team.

Arrange travel for personnel.

Onboard and induct new members of staff

Perform general administration duties as requested.

Coordinate staff events, meetings and functions.

Collate and manage staff records and administration such as leave forms, clothing orders, timesheets.

Ensure the office facilities are in proper working order, such as maintaining supplies and equipment, arranging ongoing office cleaning and maintenance, undertaking direct tasks.

Provide cover for other members of the office support team as required, such as receptionist.

Undertake allocated training and further own professional development.

Identify trends, contribute to lessons learnt and continuous improvement of the business

Act as an ambassador for ADCO in your professional undertakings.

ABOUT YOU

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable drafting and co-ordinating responses on multiple platforms, and an ability to build relationships at all levels within the team and with wider stakeholder group.

Intermediate to advances skills in both Microsoft Word and PowerPoint are considered an essential requirement to be successful in this role.
