Role Description The Administration Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Skudai. This role is responsible for performing day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, including managing documentation, organizing records, and maintaining filing systems. The Administration Assistant will handle inbound and outbound phone calls, support front-desk functions, and assist with scheduling appointments or meetings. The role also involves supporting executive-level staff with administrative tasks, preparing basic reports, and coordinating office supplies and logistics to ensure smooth office operations. The Administration Assistant will collaborate with colleagues across departments and provide responsive support to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage documents, records, and daily office operations.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, relay messages, and interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
  • Experience or capability in Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior staff with scheduling, correspondence, and basic reporting.
  • Proficiency in common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and basic data entry.
  • Ability to organize tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; a relevant certificate or diploma in business or office administration is an advantage.
