Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Commercial Insurance team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our marketing department. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and organizational skills, exceptional time management and be a self-motivated worker.
Responsibilities
Manage list for requesting loss runs on all applicable lines of insurance for multiple years and from multiple insurance carriers.
Communicate effectively with insurance carriers and clients regarding loss run requests and information needed in order to complete requests.
Follow and be efficient in follow up system in Agency Management System to document requests to ensure timely receipt.
Requirements
Previous clerical experience required.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexible schedule permitted as all work will be remote.
