The Department

The IT Digital & Channels Solutions Department is responsible for the overall management and delivery of high performance, reliable and secure Wagering product distribution channels including Web. Mobile, Retail, Telebet, Kiosk, Selling Terminals and Devices.

In addition, the team delivers high performance, reliable and secure Channel distribution systems connecting to Pari-mutuel and Fixed Odds Wagering Systems.

The department is also responsible for delivery of application solutions for the Membership & Hospitality portfolios.

The Job

You will:

Arrange and maintain the schedules of various team, portfolio and department meetings

Coordinate and arrange workshops and cross-departmental/project meetings

Support staff on-boarding / off-boarding processes and other HR-related matters

Handle and coordinate various administrative processes for the team(s)

Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets and ad-hoc correspondences, etc.

Procure stationary and office supplies; administer office space and seating plans for the team(s) and other related parties

Handle claims and reimbursement administrative procedures

Act as internal coordinator for the Department/Team in relation to Training, First Aid, Facilities/ Equipment, Asset management etc.

Handle routine and other general administrative tasks as assigned

About You

You should have:

Higher Diploma or Degree qualification in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related disciplines

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in secretarial or administration duties gained in sizable organizations

Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with all levels of staff in a professional and courteous manner

Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish good teamwork

Good ability to prioritize, multi-task and work flexibly and independently with a high level of accuracy

High integrity in maintaining strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and matters

Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications and English/Chinese word processing; solid experience in report preparation

Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Working knowledge of Putonghua is an added advantage

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
