Full Job Description

The Biden for President Scheduling & Advance Team is hiring an Administration, Recruitment, & Training Coordinator to help our team prepare for campaigning at scale. This role will require a highly organized individual who can balance multiple tasks and who can prioritize in a fast paced environment. This role will report to the department’s Chief of Staff & Director of Administration. This role will require in person work.

Key Responsibilities

Build, implement, and roll-out department-wide process improvements

Recruit, onboard, and support advance associates nationwide

Assist in the development of training materials and training plans for advance associates including on-trip trainings and on-site trainings

Provide support for associates using campaign systems

Maintain data standards across relevant campaign systems

Other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Scheduling & Advance or related experience, preferably in a presidential campaign advance setting

Strong, concise, and efficient communicator

Experience with no-code database or crm configuration and operation

Experience managing projects with complex stakeholder relationships

Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep moving forward on all of them at once.

Ability to work a flexible schedule as required for trip management.
