The Role: Administration Supervisor
The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth day-to-day administration across multiple lodges and the regional office through the enforcement of standardized systems and reporting. It contributes to the business by acting as a link between lodge teams and the regional office, ensuring consistency in financial administration and procurement. The main focus areas include financial oversight, people leadership, and maintaining compliance standards across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role to oversee day-to-day administration.
- Standardize and enforce systems, processes, and reporting across multiple lodge locations.
- Oversee record-keeping, financial admin, invoices, reconciliations, petty cash, and procurement.
- Supervise, train, and support lodge admin staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare consolidated financial, HR, and operational reports for management.
- Audit admin processes across lodges to maintain accuracy and reliability of data.
- Ensure adherence to legal, financial, and company compliance standards.
- Monitor workload distribution and resolve admin-related issues across all sites.
About You
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or something similar.
- Ability to work on all Microsoft packages and read and understand English.
- Self-confidence, maturity, friendliness, and a strong personality.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Clean, neat, and tidy person who is sober and honest.
- Willingness to travel between lodges and work in a bush-based environment.
- Previous managerial experience an advantage.
