We are currently looking for a  full-time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and looking to build a career in administration and operations support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the accounting department.
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist with data entry and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents as needed.
  • Respond to emails and assist with correspondence.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
