Responsibilities

:

Answering inquiries on the telephone, and assisting clients with issues and concerns

Responding to a large volume of client emails

Process of credit card payments online

Data Entry

Inspection of client orders

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Completion of a business college diploma, certificate, or degree is preferred

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office environment

Proficient in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Keyboarding skills – minimum 40 wpm

Must be self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy
