  • Manage data entry and system data cleanup
  • Coordinate and book service jobs for the team
  • Maintain and update business calendars
  • Manage email communications and inquiries
  • Provide general operations and administrative support
  • Ensure service coordination flows smoothly

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Proven experience in administrative or operations roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Proficiency in data entry and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work 8 AM – 5 PM EST shift
  • Professional phone manner for customer interaction

Scope:

  • Full-time support (40 hours per week)
  • Support for residential and commercial service lines
  • Direct reporting to Devin and Brooke
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST working hours, one hour unpaid break
  • Long-term team integration
  • Scale existing HVAC and electrical operations
  • Focus on data accuracy and scheduling efficiency
