Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Google Workspace, and a strong customer service orientation. The Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front desk operations and facilitating effective communication within the organization.
Duties
Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain calendars for scheduling appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure up-to-date records and documentation.
Assist in managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary.
Utilize Google Workspace tools for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support various administrative tasks as assigned by management or team leads.
Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency is preferred to enhance communication with diverse clients.
Previous experience in an administrative role or as a clerk is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of phone systems and front desk operations is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to maintain accuracy in records.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with team members and clients.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
