JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for one of our non-profit clients. This role will support administrative, data entry, and billing functions. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to contribute to smooth office operations on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and billing tasks
- Support administrative workflows and documentation
- Maintain organized records and files
- Assist with coding and clerical duties as needed
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Experience with data entry, billing, or coding preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Basic proficiency in office tools and systems
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
