JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for one of our non-profit clients. This role will support administrative, data entry, and billing functions. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to contribute to smooth office operations on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry and billing tasks
  • Support administrative workflows and documentation
  • Maintain organized records and files
  • Assist with coding and clerical duties as needed
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Experience with data entry, billing, or coding preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Basic proficiency in office tools and systems

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
